Your assets that we manage for you are held by an independent custodian (Charles Schwab Corporation, Westlake, Texas) in your name. We have no ability to draw upon any client funds held by the custodian, other than to deduct our advisory fees per our written client agreement.  The Schwab Alliance User Manual is here.
